Welcome to The Ready Ads. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thereadyads.com and the TheReadyAds mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by The Ready Ads. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

The Ready Ads is a local advertising directory that helps people find businesses, services, offers, and events in their area when they choose to look, and helps businesses reach people who are actively searching. We connect consumers and businesses. We are not a party to any transaction between them.

Using the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape or copy it without permission, access it through automated means except as we allow, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that violates these Terms.

Advertisers

If you list a business with us, you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of your listing, your offers, and any claims you make. You represent that you have the right to use the content you submit and to make the offers you advertise, and you are solely responsible for honoring those offers and for your dealings with consumers. We may review, format, decline, or remove listings at our discretion, and we may set and change advertising rates and terms. Fees are billed as described at the time of purchase.

Third-party businesses and links

Listings connect you with independent businesses and often link to their websites. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for those businesses, their websites, their content, or any products, services, offers, or transactions they provide. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

Intellectual property

The Ready Ads name, logo, the design and content of the Service, and our advertising model, which is patent pending, are owned by The Ready Ads and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. Businesses retain ownership of the logos and content they submit and grant us the right to display that content as part of the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that listings are accurate or current, that offers will be honored, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ready Ads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the Service or your dealings with any business listed on it.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
